You will not have to leave home to process any office agreements and forms. For Bankruptcy cases, we can do the complete client intake process and have you sign necessary documents via e-signature. Once the bankruptcy petition is prepared we will arrange for your actual signature. Some bankruptcy courts in the Bay Area allow for e-signatures on the original documents. Otherwise, we will make arrangements. For Divorce cases, almost all documents must be signed originally by you and our office will make the appropriate arrangements with you so that you will not need to visit our offices.
